The return of COBRA after 6 years, a conference originally co-pioneered by the late Bruce Hasegawa, a brilliant UCSF’s scientist, was specially well received by his former institution. The UCSF Radiology and Biomedical Imaging department was excited to see Bruce’s legacy back with a conference that featured 8 top speakers and more than 60 attendees from all around the Bay Area.

The COBRA steering committee wants to thank the UCSF communication team for their excellent coverage of the conference, and Bruce’s mentee and former COBRA organizer, Prof. Youngho Seo, for providing insights on the origins and history of COBRA.
